Dennis Flad is a thoroughbred enterpreneur and marketeer. Partner at Prospire since 2018, he brings his many years of experience in strategic brand and product management combined with a high level of technological expertise. For him, however, the true foundation for a company's success lies in a value oriented leadership.
"You shouldn't always believe what you think." (Rolf Miller)
Inspirational Leadership is a personal mission for him: Inspiring people and involving them in processes. This can be achieved in a dialogue of equals and using each other’s strengths to achieve a common target. That is why he is with Prospire. Dennis Flad wants to improve the world, not administrate it.
Dennis Flad joined Prospire after the merger with the consulting firm Arevos in 2018, which he had headed. His professional career had previously led him as Managing Director of Fides Treasury Services and Head of Product Management Payments and Cash Management to Credit Suisse and later UBS. At Hewlett-Packard, Telefonica Moviles and SIX he was Product Manager and at the global advertising agency Euro RSCG he acted as Strategic Planner. As Managing Director of Fides, a subsidiary of Credit Suisse, he repositioned the company and led the team through a change and growth phase within three years. At that time, his conviction grew that success can only be achieved together with motivated employees and the "can-do" spirit.
Only those who consistently align their products, services and customer processes with their values create a sustainable brand.
Dennis Flad, who holds a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in marketing from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), is a mentor for the start-up incubator F10, a member of Business Angels Switzerland and chairman of the Enterprise Blockchain working group of the Swiss Crypto Valley Association.
He is also a man in motion in his private life. In addition to sporting activities from hardcore biking to Tai Chi, he draws cartoons with passion, ever since his school days. This is probably also due to the influence of his artistic mother. The influence of his father is obvious: he was a manager.
